My extensive experience in teaching and leading in an IB continuum school, facilitating PYP workshops for IB schools around the world and continuing research in education, I am here to help K-12 schools reach their full potential. While tailoring workshops and consultancy for teachers and pedagogical leaders, I value the role of motivation and use effective strategies to motivate educators.
